Battery Wash Stations

Roller and Hardwood Wash Stations are made with acid-resistant 48” side panels.  Both wash stations can operate with the RNS-1 Recirculation/Neutralization   System.  The drain tray has a 1” NPT coupling.  The RWS-3 has 2.4” diameter polyethylene rollers for corrosion        resistance.  The HWS-3 is available with wood or plastic decking.

          Battery Wash Cabinets

Battery wash cabinets are available in 3 models.  All feature stainless steel construction, adjustable wash for efficient cleaning, and non-proprietary components fast, cost-effective repair and replacement.

 

BWC-1  Manual door and gravity feed rollers - no air blow-off

BWC-2  Air operated automatic door.  Powered rollers with automatic air blow-off

BWC-3  In-feed conveyor for overhead down-loading and automatic air blow-off

 

The BHS Recirculation/Neutralization System (RNS-1) controls, filters, and re-circulates the water used for cleaning industrial batteries.  This in-house maintenance system helps keep used battery water clean and ready to use again.
