Rigorous Quality Assurance – Each worker must place his personal mark of quality on the component that he produces. Promotions and paychecks depend on producing only quality work. Highly trained quality assurance inspectors continuously monitor production. One out of every two batteries is put through a full charge/discharge test before leaving the factory.
